Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (which typically takes 3-5 business days after you ship it back), we process the refund within 2-3 business days. The funds should appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have a first class membership, you are allowed to claim a one-time exchange within 14 days from your date of purchase if you ordered the wrong size. We will cover the shipping fees for the return and send you the same item in the correct size you desire once we receive your returned order.
